This class is designed for beginners and those seeking to refine your practice to focus on the form and function of Pilates. Students will learn the foundations of the STOTT PILATES® repertoire based on alignment, anatomy, awareness, and control. Build core strength, joint stability, and proper form and functional movement awareness.
This is also a wonderful class for those tending to an injury or suffering from chronic pain from mechanic misalignments.

This class is great for those seeking to advance their Pilates practice. Before attending this class students should have mastered the fundamentals of Essential | Foundations Reformer. Strength, balance, stability and stamina will all be challenged in Intermediate | Advanced Reformer. This class is not appropriate for beginners.

Designed to create a longer, stronger and more flexible spine and core. The perfect combination of dynamic flexibility, dynamic strength and core control utilizing the spring mechanism and tower apparatus. You will leave feeling taller, longer and stronger from the inside out!

Designed to elevate your pilates experience with the cardiovascular training of a trampoline jumpboard on the base of the reformer that allows you to assimilate running and jumping movements without feeling the stress of compression on your joints. Improve your cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance while doing Pilates and yoga! No muscle groups are left untouched here! A fun and energetic class that leaves you feeling completely worked without the impact on your knees and spine. A great way to push yourself to your next level of fitness!

Pilates for every body, every level
When deciding which class is best for you, we ask you to come to at least a few essential classes before you progress on to a class with a (+) after, which indicates you will see progressions for advancing movements. If it is an ALL LEVELS class, please make sure you have a good understanding of the ESSENTIALS, which is the foundation of the STOTT PILATES® Principles of movement every class is founded upon.
