Was in Flagstaff for a month training for the 2024 Olympic Swim team and wanted to take a few pilates classes. Kelsey was very nice and worked with us to be able to join classes! Took classes with Kelsey and Sandy and loved them. They give great instructions for posture and correct movements while creating a fun environment to get a great workout in!
